Tony was polite, professional. I wish he had left a little more room in the driveway for others when he parked his vehicle lol. A small thing in the bigger picture of the install, but as I’m disabled, access is important. My only down check was his arrival time, the appointment was set for arrival between 8 and 9, but he got there near 10. A call would have reset expectations. Everything works great and I will be quite pleased to have him do the annual service on it next year.
